The ideal body type is considered to be the “hourglass” figure. It dates back to the caveman era; if a woman had a full bust, tiny waist, and hips – it meant she could bear and raise children. The issue is that only 8% of women naturally have this figure.

You will have five 1  hour ‘one to one’ calls with me to work through each of the steps in the program. You can go at your own pace, but I recommend an “implementation week’ (a week without calls) after Step 3.

A final 1 to 1 call can be scheduled any time within 3 months after the end of the course to review and talk about any outstanding concerns.
